Mrs. Monilola Udoh is an ICT enthusiast and technocrat. Educated at the prestigious University of Ife, Ile Ife, Oyo State, where she obtained a bachelor degree in Demography & Social Statistics in 1985. She later earned both Post Graduate Diploma and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos with distinctions. She has an Advanced Management Programme Certificate (amp26) in 2014 from the Lagos Business School. She is an alumnus of the Oxford Internet Institute, Oxford University, UK. She regularly updated her professional and leadership skills through numerous executive programmes from renowned institutions including University of London UK, Harvard University, and Lagos Business School.
She started her career at the Office of Establishments and Management Services in 1991 and later redeployed to the National Planning Commission in 1993. She was again posted to Head the IT at the Supreme Court in 2002. In 2005, she was posted to Head IT at the Federal Ministry of Finance and later posted to Head IT, Office of the Civil Service of the Federation in 2009. In 2012, she became a substantive Director and was posted to the Federal Ministry of Communications. During her service at the Ministry of Communications, she served in different positions, among them – Board Member of NITDA and Galaxy Backbone. She attended many ITU, ATU, CTO, GSMA organized fora.
Mrs. Monilola Udoh, rose to the position of Federal Permanent Secretary in 2020 serving first as Permanent Secretary, Federal Civil Service Commission, Federal Ministry of Science Technology and Innovation where she entrenched and accelerated digitization of government processes thereafter Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, where she led the professional development of efforts aimed at entrenching gender equality and human centered development at enhancing the status of Women and Girls both locally and at the international arena.
Some of her project portfolio includes among others, serving as a member of the Invigilation Committee for the selection of Federal Permanent Secretaries, and Member of the Committee on the Review of the Oronsanye Report. She is known for her radiant and cheerful disposition, she has also been spotted for her passion towards cost saving measures and ICT advancement in the Civil Service as well in the empowerment and support for girl child education. She is a role model who always lend her voice to women course.
She is a painstaking and meticulous Civil Servant who demonstrates remarkable intellectual and mental energy in the discharge of her duties. Her dynamic, adaptive and empathetic leadership capacity has been lauded in many forums with awards. She is a patriotic and level-headed Permanent Secretary, who puts the interest of the service and Nigeria above every other consideration. Since assuming office as the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, she has impacted his extensive knowledge and experience as a thoroughbred professional on women and girls milieu leveraging ICTs. Her initiatives in are largely responsible for the renewed vigour and focus in the empowerment and support for women and girls as well as the vulnerable group. She has sustained an unprecedented level of professionalism and compliance in gender matters.
Mrs. Udoh was the immediate past Permanent Secretary where she has revolutionized the Ministry through innovation, purposeful leadership, and integrity. Her energetic and quintessential leadership resulted in significant improvements in key STI indices in the Ministry.
She is a seasoned administrator, ICT and a gender expert who in the last one year have had a dynamic result-oriented leadership career at Women Ministry providing vision, strategy and operational execution to the women, addressing gender issues, women empowerment, women affirmative action, welfarism, programs and operations geared towards female gender mainstreaming in Civil Service , leadership and governance.
Her outstanding professionalism and integrity earned her the highest recognition in the National IT industry: her conferment with the award of Professional Fellowship of Nigerian Computer Society (FNCS), aside other professional qualifications and membership of different specialist bodies within and outside the country, including, Member Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria, Member, Nigerian Women in IT, Member, Alliance for Affordable Internet, alumnus of Public Service Institute, Member, National Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and others.
The immediate past president approved the conferment of the National Productivity Order of Merit Award (NPOM) Award on her in May 2023 in recognition of her high productivity and hard meritorious service to the nation.
Her dynamic leadership qualities and sterling achievements in the Civil Service earned her national recognition of Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON).

David Adejo Andrew Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Education
Mr. David Adejo Andrew, currently the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Education joined the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria in December, 1988 and was posted to the Federal Department of Forestry, Maiduguri, Borno State where he learnt the rudiments of the forestry profession.
In the course of his career he has acquired a number of professional qualifications spanning the field of project management, procurement, communications, results based monitoring and evaluation, sustainable development, environmental management, service delivery as well as policy research, formulation and analysis.
Mr Andrew has been exposed to functional skills that seek to break the barriers of knowledge as suitable for the emerging world. He had also served as the Permanent Secretary, Political and Economic Affairs, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation from December 2019 to April, 2022 and Director, Federal Department of Forestry Between July 2018 and December, 2019.
In his over thirty-four years of working as a civil servant, Mr. Andrew had worked in different agencies of government and international development partners including serving as Special Assistant – Infrastructure and Energy – in the administration of late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, and Programme Analyst, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) where he rose to the position of Acting Team Leader Governance and Peace Building Unit.
Upon return to the Federal Ministry of Finance, he led the articulation of a National Single Register and Payment Delivery System for credibly identifying the poor and vulnerable individuals which is being used by the National Social Investment Office (NSIO) in providing social safety nets interventions in the country. As National Coordinator of the World Bank Assisted Youth Employment and Social Support Operation (YESSO), his vast experience in Community Driven Development, ensured the adoption of a Community Based Targeting System and Host Community Based identification Scheme being used for providing support to the poor and vulnerable in all parts of Nigeria and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the North East.
A consummate professional and team player with cosmopolitan disposition, Mr. Andrew is widely travelled, including as a leader of Nigerian delegation on a
number of international Conferences.
A Life Member and Fellow of the Forestry Association of Nigeria. He is happily married with three children.
Amina J Mohammed Deputy Secretary-General, United Nations
Ms. Amina J. Mohammed is the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations and Chair of the United Nations Sustainable Development Group.
Prior to her appointment, Ms. Mohammed served as Minister of Environment of the Federal Republic of Nigeria where she steered the country’s efforts on climate action and efforts to protect the natural environment.
Ms. Mohammed first joined the United Nations in 2012 as Special Adviser to former Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon with the responsibility for post-2015 development planning. She led the process that resulted in global agreement around the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the creation of the Sustainable Development Goals.
Ms. Mohammed began her career working on the design of schools and clinics in Nigeria. She served as an advocate focused on increasing access to education and other social services, before moving into the public sector, where she rose to the position of adviser to four successive Presidents on poverty, public sector reform, and sustainable development.
Ms. Mohammed has been conferred several honorary doctorates and has served as an adjunct professor, lecturing on international development. The recipient of various global awards, Ms. Mohammed has served on numerous international advisory boards and panels. She is the mother of six children and has four grandchildren.

Matthias Schmale Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator - Nigeria, United Nations
The UN Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator (a.i) in Nigeria is Mr. Matthias Schmale. Prior to this position, Mr. Schmale worked with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) in different capacities: Acting Chief-of-Staff (August – October 2021) responsible for providing support to the Commissioner-General and Deputy Commissioner-General; Director of Operations (October 2017 – August 2021) leading almost 13,000 strong team in providing essential services and humanitarian aid to more than 1.4 million Palestine refugees in Gaza; Director Representative Office, New York (January 2017 – October 2017); Director for Syria (September 2016 – December 2016); Director Lebanon Affairs (April 2015 – September 2016).
Before his career with the UN, Mr. Schmale worked at senior management level at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) for fifteen years including being the Under Secretary General for six years in Geneva, Switzerland. He is very familiar with trends affecting humanitarian and development work within sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, the Middle-East and Europe.
Mr. Schmale holds a Diploma in economics, University Berlin, 1988; and a Doctor of Philosophy in Development Economics, University Berlin, 1992.

Abubakar Suleiman is an economist and a banker with over 20 years experience in consulting and financial services. As the Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Bank Plc, his top priority is to optimize the impact of financial intermediation in critical sectors that can catalyze growth and create a future of shared prosperity for all Nigerians. These sectors are Health, Education, Agriculture, Renewable Energy and Transportation, and are at the H.E.A.R.T of Sterling.

Bankole Oloruntoba is the CEO of the Nigeria Climate Innovation Center www.nigeriacic.org, a Climate Technology Partnership program of the World Bank with the help of the Government of Nigeria focusing on the growth of a viable green economy in Nigeria. The NCIC has, since its inception, incubated over 60 green ventures and seed funded 16 ventures in total of $160,000 USD and developed knowledge on the emerging Nigeria Green Economy, the center has worked with several partners to create growth structures in Nigeria including solving scale challenges.
Bankole is currently the Honorary Consul to Finland in Lagos, Nigeria and has a first degree (BSc. Economics) from ABU Zaria, an executive certificate in Building Brands from the Lagos Business School (LBS) and an MBA from Businesschool Netherlands (BSN).

Naomi E. Nwokolo Executive Director, UN Global Compact Network Nigeria
Naomi Emeka-Nwokolo is the Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Network Nigeria, a country Network of the United Nations Global Compact- The world’s largest corporate citizen sustainability initiative. She is also the managing partner of AOP Legal practitioners- a commercial law firm located in Lagos Nigeria. She is the founder of the Women Rights Protection and Rehabilitation Centre, a nongovernmental organization with the mandate of promoting women’s right through the use of National, Regional and International legal instruments.
Before joining the Global Compact Naomi was a tenacious human rights lawyer with LEDAP Nigeria and The Nigerian Coalition for the International Criminal Court where she successfully litigated over the human rights of indigent persons in Nigeria, Labor rights of employees who were wrongfully terminated from work and victims of sexual and Gender Based Violence. Naomi is a passionate advocate for corporate sustainability and human rights.
She has an LLB degree from The Enugu State University and a Bachelor of Laws from the Nigerian Law School. She’s a certified sustainability expert from the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, United Kingdom.

Olasubomi Sofowora is a Brand Communications professional and Social Impact Champion with about a decade and a half experience in different capacities.
‘Subomi served as the Chairperson of the Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) Women Network, which was set up to improve gender diversity and promote women development within the organisation. During her tenure she was able to scale up the activities of the network leading to a special Recognition Women’s Empowerment & Leadership and for Championing Childcare by the IFC Nigeria 2 Equal programme.
She was also the Extension Services & Knowledge Management Manager at FMN after her role as the Brand Marketing & Program Manager of the Agro-Allied Division for almost five years. Prior to this role, ‘Subomi worked in the advertising industry for 6 years where she managed accounts of various leading brands across different sectors. Temi Popoola Chief Executive Officer, Nigerian Exchange Ltd
Temi Popoola is the current Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Exchange Ltd, the operating exchange of the demutualized Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is a successful C-suite leader whose unique blend of business acumen, financial expertise, global market growth performance, and operational insight has earned him a reputation built on verifiable career achievements.
A wall street trained investment banker, Temi launched his career in London, working as an asset manager where he gained extensive experience researching and assessing investment opportunities across Africa’s energy sector. In his next professional role, he expanded his expertise as an Equity Derivatives Trader with Bank of America Securities in New York, NY, USA. During this time, he fine-tuned his trading and investment advisory skills, working closely with both large corporations and private clients.
He returned to Nigeria after achieving success on Wall Street and joined UBA as Head of Structured Products and Investments for global markets. He subsequently led the Sales & Trading business at CSL Stockbrokers, a wholly owned subsidiary of FCMB. In both roles, he facilitated the flow of capital from global investors into Nigeria, particularly those from South Africa, London, the US, and Nigeria. Leveraging his expert knowledge of the Nigerian financial services industry, he became recognized as a leader in the industry and was subsequently recruited by Renaissance Capital in 2015 where he rapidly progressed into the CEO role, assuming responsibility for the West Africa operations of the firm.
During his six-year tenure at Renaissance Capital, Temi provided strategic market insight and leadership. He diversified the company’s revenue streams by adding fixed income, derivatives, structured products, financing, and wealth management. He oversaw a global workforce, expanded foreign investor capital opportunities into the Nigerian market, and introduced new processes, programs, and strategies to exceed corporate and client expectations.

Marilyn is an Associate Director and currently leads the ESG & Sustainability Services Unit in KPMG Nigeria.
She has over fifteen (15) years’ experience spanning over business development, sustainable finance services, decarbonization services, sustainability and integrated reporting, sustainability assurance, impact assessment, sustainability strategy and stakeholder engagement, innovation management for sustainability (technology driven), United Nations (SDGs) integration and implementation, ESG integration, organizational development for sustainability – for Small enterprises and Large corporates. She is a sustainability professional with background in agricultural economics, public & development management.

Mr. Eivind Fjeldstad is the business counsellor at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Abuja. He is the founder of the Norwegian-African Business Association (NABA) and served as CEO from 2011 – 2022. He has an MA in African Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, focusing on governance and politics in Africa.
In 2016/17 Mr. Fjeldstad served as President of the European Business Council for Africa and the Mediterranean (EBCAM) – a Brussels-based umbrella organisation with ten like-minded associations across Europe, together gathering 4000 European investors/companies working in and with Africa.
Prior to establishing NABA, Mr. Fjeldstad worked for 15 months as an advisor on Pemba/Zanzibar, Tanzania, observing the political development on the isles. He spent six months interning at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Addis Ababa, mainly working with the embassy’s election portfolio and business promotion activities. Mr. Fjeldstad has also carried out different voluntary work: he was Head of Finance for ISFiT 2005 (the International Student Festival in Trondheim) and he headed the ISFiT Dialogue Groups 2007, a conflict resolution initiative bringing students from three conflict areas together for 20 days.

Brenda Fashugba has spent almost 15 years working as an Arts Manager in both festivals and theatre. She was a pioneering producer of the Lagos Theatre Festival developing it for over 5 years to become the largest outdoor festival in West Africa. In 2015, she created a focus group known as Women in the Arts providing a networking platform for Women. The project launched its first festival showcasing female creatives in 2018, she also co-founded the Lagos Fringe that same year and in 2020 the Abuja Fringe Prior to joining the British Council as Head of Arts/Creative Economy lead for SSA, she was the resident producer at the Performing Arts Workshop & Studios where she produced over 100 theatre pieces.
She is a committed advocate against SGBV against women leading to recognition by the Obama Foundation where she was made an Obama Leader in 2018. In 2023, she received an award from the Brighton Fringe for her contributions to the Fringe.

Mr. Albert Nsengiyumva is the Executive Secretary of the Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA). A consummate technocrat and education policy specialist with specialty in technical and vocational education and training (TVET). Albert has extensive experience in information communication technology (ICT) research, policy development and implementation in Africa. For 18 years he served the government and people of Rwanda, where he occupied various cabinet positions including as Minister of Infrastructure and the Minister of State for TVET in the Ministry of Education.
Albert has solid grasp of government functionalities and has built a strong reputation around leveraging social capital to mobilize resources that support policy development, advocacy, and implementation. He has helped expand ADEA’s network across the world, building new relationships with various partners including multilateral development institutions, regional economic bodies, and philanthropic organizations.

Ms. Abimbola Olufore Wycliffe’s career spans the private sector, public sector, and international civil service to date.
In her current role as Head of Investment and Technology Promotion in Nigeria, covering a few African countries, she has the responsibilities of coordinating, integrating, and managing the day-to-day operations emanating from a 6-year work plan focused on boosting investment, innovation, and technology flow in and out of Africa. Through our country desks and advisory programmes, she supports technology and impact hubs, large firms, industrial clusters, and small businesses. In addition to collaborating with UNIDO offices in the region, to implement their respective Country Programmes, she oversees the development and implementation of impact programmes with key stakeholders like governments, other development institutions and the private sector networks. Within the first year in this role, she secured an extension of the office programme to 2027 with government commitment for counterpart funding. She also secured the UNIDO executive board approval for the programme expansion beyond ECOWAS to partnerships with all AFCFTA member states, widening the potential funding pool and impact footprint.
Prior to joining the United Nations, she worked as a Special Aide to the Honourable Minister of Trade and Investment for Nigeria to secure development funding for technology innovation from development banks, ensure credit access to MSMEs at single digit rate, provide shared/common facilities for MSMEs and coordinated Development Finance Institutions (DFI) partnerships with the Nigerian Government. Within this role, she developed two interventions with assistance from development partners, on the
impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on female led MSMEs and an assessment of Nigeria’s readiness for the Africa Continental Free Trade Agreement (AFCFTA).
She worked on several national policy appraisal and development such as the National Petroleum Policy, National Gas Policy, Gas Flare Commercialization Programme, National Quality Infrastructure Policy, National Investment Policy, National Trade Policy and FMCG policies. She led the trade facilitation work at the federal ministry level and championed the finalization and approval of the Nigeria Quality Policy by the Federal Executive Council through the support of UNIDO and the World Bank Group to the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) and Nigeria National Accreditation System (NiNAS).
During the COVID pandemic, she led the sustainable production workgroup (One of the pillars of the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19), focused on cushioning the effect of the pandemic on MSMEs and boosting local manufacturing of PPEs and medical supplies for self-sufficiency within Africa. An outcome of the Economic Sustainability Plan and the ongoing support to MSMEs, women entrepreneurs and start-ups, to provide shared/common facilities, coordinate financing and provide business development support that will ensure sustainable outcomes.
She is the founder of the African Child Safety Foundation, advocating for sufficient food and clean water for malnourished children around Nigeria, looking out for children in orphanages and Cheshire homes for disabled children. She also runs an online outreach group for women called the African Woman of Influence, with over 7,000 followers across Africa.
She is the Chief Igniter at Vision Quest Africa Pan-Africanism Initiative, an institution working with women and young people to build the future workforce through alternative education, artificial intelligence, and augmented reality. She is also the founder of Ceres Agro, a company focused on packaging of agricultural produce to prevent food waste and using technology to change end users experience in the farm to market value chain.
Earlier in her career at Power Africa, a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) programme, she managed the advisory programme to the Ministry of Petroleum Resources on the commercialization of gas as a transition fuel to a low carbon future. Etemore is the Projects Lead for The Impact Investors’ Foundation, a non-profit organisation founded in partnership with The Ford Foundation, Africa Capital Alliance, BusinessDay Media Limited, Bank of Industry and Dalberg Advisors. She was previously the pioneer Executive Secretary of The Knowledge Exchange Centre (KEC), a non-profit organization focused on bridging the skills gap for young unemployed graduates. While at KEC, Ms Glover was responsible for translating and implementing the five-year vision and strategic plan of the organization. She has worked on several youth development programmes with the government and has a wide range of experience in banking, research, monitoring and evaluation, project management, strategy and planning.
As the head of the Impact Investors’ Foundation, she is responsible for implementing its vision and strategies, and coordinating projects. He has held management positions; as Chief of Party and Deputy Chief of Party on the USAID funded Northern Education Initiative Plus, Project Director for the DFID/UNICEF/FHI360 Reading and Numeracy Activity project, Teacher Development Specialist on USAID Room to Learn project in South Sudan, Senior Teacher Education Advisor and Acting Deputy Chief of Party on USAID’s Northern Education Initiative (NEI) Activity.
Nurudeen has thus led the two most significant mother-tongue Early Grade Reading interventions in Nigeria. Nurudeen has also consulted for USAID Nigeria – Community Participation for Action in the Social Sector Project (COMPASS)- Education Specialist, DFID Education Sector Support Programme in Nigeria (Education Quality Specialist), DFID Teacher Development Programme, USAID Education Crisis Response Project and USAID Nigeria – Sesame Square.
Previously, he lectured in the now Michael Otedola College of Education and Lagos State University. Nurudeen’s special interest is in education reforms and teacher education.

Tinuade T. Awe Chief Executive Officer, NGX Regulation
Tinuade T. Awe is the Chief Executive Officer of NGX Regulation Limited (NGX RegCo), an independent regulatory subsidiary of Nigerian Exchange Group Plc (formerly known as The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE)).
NGX RegCo is a self-regulatory organization (SRO) licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide regulatory services within the Nigerian Capital Market. Prior to attaining this position, she was the Executive Director, Regulation at The NSE. Ms. Awe was a member of the Executive Committee of The NSE from 2012 to 2020. Additionally, she served as Secretary to the Council of The NSE from 2011 to 2015; Head of the Legal Department from 2011 to 2012; and Head of the Legal and Regulation Division from 2012 to 2017, in which role she also served as the General Counsel.
Before The NSE, she worked as an Associate with Banwo & Ighodalo in Lagos, Nigeria; then as a Law Clerk, at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), The Hague, the Netherlands; and later as an Associate Legal Officer, United Nations Compensation Commission (UNCC) in Geneva, Switzerland; after which she spent seven (7) years as an Associate at a top New York law firm with a global presence, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Ms. Awe has a passion for education and for periods between 2007 and 2008, she took time off from her career to indulge this passion, working as Associate Director of Admissions (Anglophone West Africa) with the Johannesburg based African Leadership Academy.
Ms. Awe has been a Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Central Securities Clearing System Plc. since 2018. She was a Trustee of the Investors’ Protection Fund (IPF) of Nigerian Exchange Limited from 2016 to 2021. She also served on the Board of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) of Nigeria for two (2) consecutive terms from 2013 to 2021. During her tenure on the Board of the FRC, she chaired the Corporate Governance Committee, which had Board level responsibility for monitoring the implementation of the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance (NCCG) 2018. Furthermore, she was a member of the Senate’s Technical Advisory Committee on the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) Amendment Bill 2020. In June 2023, she was appointed a member of the Financial Reporting Council’s Adoption Readiness Working Group for the Adoption of the International Sustainability Standards Board’s IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 in Nigeria.
She is a life member of the Institute of Directors (IoD); a Fellow of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria (CIN) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR), and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers Nigeria (CIS).
Ms. Awe graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Obafemi Awolowo University (1991); and finished at the Nigerian Law School with First Class Honors (1992). She holds Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degrees from Harvard Law School (2000), where she was a Landon H. Gammon Fellow; and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (1994), where she was a British Council Scholar. She is admitted to both the Nigerian and New York Bars.
Ms. Awe is the recipient of a number of awards and honours, including the General Counsel of the Year Award at the 2018 African Legal Awards, and was selected by the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) as one of twenty-one (21) Women Leaders in the exchange world in 2021. Victor Okhai Co-Founder, Directors’ Guild of Nigeria
Victor Okhai is a producer, scriptwriter, cinematographer, director and film consultant. One of the founders of the Directors’ Guild of Nigeria, he was a scriptwriter with the New Village Headmaster, the New Masquerade and Second Chance all on NTA’s network service. He was also Assistant Director/Assistant Producer for Zanani, a 16mm feature for UNESCO/NFC and Assistant Director, Doctors’ Quarters a medical series on MNET.
He has produced and directed several home movies and television series including The Line-Up, My Dream, Jand Hustle, Dream Again, Konkoroma and Chill Pill. His
short doc ‘Waiting for Hassana’ has been screened at sundance film festival, Sheffield doc etc and won at the River Run film festival an Oscar qualifying festival and had a special jury mention at the Seattle film festival. He also worked on Half of a Yellow Sun and Joy another film that qualified for the Oscars in 2019.
He has been filming features for the BBC world service news and the series “African Dreams”, Africa on the Move and Eco@Africa for DWTV and has shot and line produced for most of the major global television networks including Aljazeera and CNN. Victor Okhai who holds a B.A in Mass communication and an Msc in Public Relations from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, a professional certificate in film/TV production from the University of Carlifornia Los Angeles and attended courses in film production at NAFTI (Ghana)/CIFAP (France), Deustche Welle Akademie (Germany) amongst others. He has just graduated with a Doctorate in Business Leadership with the University of Nigeria Business School Enugu.

He was also a member of the international jury (features) Pan African film festival – FESPACO in Ouagadougou Burkina faso in February 2013 and member Abuja international film festival documentary jury 2013, member, features jury and facilitator at Ecrans Noir 2018 in Yaounde. He has also been on the juries of reels international film festival, African International film festival – AFRIFF and Eko international film festival for the last couple of years and is also the founder and Director of IN-Short Film Festival, the biggest short film festival in Sub Saharan Africa. In 2022, he was appointed head judge at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award (AMVCA) Africa’s Oscars and head of the jury of the Kano Indigenous Languages film festival (Kilaf). A member of the NOSC, Nigeria’s selection committee for the Oscars, Victor Okhai is also a member of the panel of assessors for the NMMA, Nigeria Media Merit Award Committee and the Nigeria Economic Summit Group. He was recently appointed a member
of The Nigeria – South Africa Audio Visual Co-operation Implementation Forum.

Dr Igazeuma Okoroba is an industry-agnostic sustainability expert with an African market focus. She has over 20 years of experience in civil society, media, oil & gas, telecommunications infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.
Her life’s purpose is to transform industry through sustainability innovation for the prosperity of Africa. She has held diverse roles in the value chain of Strategy, Project Management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability.
Presently, she leads sustainability in one of Africa’s largest manufacturing firms, driving the integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). She supports academia and civil society to bridge the town and gown divide. As a speaker and mentor, she mobilizes volunteers for active citizenship. Her advocacy focuses on UN Sustainable Development Goal 11 – sustainable cities and communities, indigenous knowledge, gender and climate action.
Dr Okoroba holds an M.Sc in Sustainable Development from the University of Exeter, UK, and a PhD in Development Sociology, from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Iyinoluwa Aboyeji was born in Lagos on March 28, 1991, to Reverend (Mr) and Reverend (Mrs) Aboyeji. He is a Nigerian native of Isin LGA in Kwara State. In May 2014, Iyinoluwa co-founded Andela, Africa’s largest engineering organization that provides training for African software engineers which has provided training and jobs for over 100,000 African software and tech professionals. The company has received investments from Mark Zuckerberg and Google Ventures, amongst others.
